I spent a summer cleaning pools, so I’ve seen quite a few. One of the most amazing pools I’ve seen had a couple of small islands and a gigantic mosaic chinese dragon on the bottom. I didn’t get to clean that one. It was next door to a fairly mundane pool that we serviced.

I saw one about this size and form factor being transported recently, but it had all kinds of weird nightmare contours - a sill around the top of the deep end about 3' underwater, and an extended wading area + breakover instead of a constant slope. Would not have been fun to tile.

Yours is close enough to the right shape you could have done it in porcelain enamel and installed giant novelty bathtub hardware at the deep end.
